Knowledge base VoIP Sipura SPA-841
Here are some notes on configuring the Sipura SPA 841 for our VoIP service.
Explanation:
To get to these screens you need to type the IP address of the phone into the browser, then switch to the 'admin' login (not user login) and click the appropriate tab.

...The 'Phone' tab - Line Key 1 and Line Key 2 need to have extension 2 for incoming calls to work. If its set to '1' the phone sends a 'busy' response.

(personal details removed) There are the 'Ext1' and 'Ext2' tabs, both must be set correctly. These show how to enter the registration settings for the phone, as it took me several attempts to get that right. Note I don't think 'Use Auth ID' was strictly necessary.
Need More Lines?
(The SPA-841 comes with 4 lines but only two enabled - you can purchase a small software upgrade from your original supplier to extend it. If someone has done so, then they'll (I presume) have Line Keys 3 and 4 on the 'Phone' tab and two extra tabs for 'Ext3' and 'Ext4' on the admin pages.)"
